We Heard the Bells: Order DVD from Medicare Learning Network

Directions for Ordering “We Heard the Bells: The Influenza of 1918” DVD

• Go to:  http://www.cms.hhs.gov/MLNGenInfo/ 
• Scroll to the end of the page to “Related Links Inside CMS” and click on “MLN Product Ordering Page.”
• On the “Request a Product” page, go to the “Keywords” section and type in “We Heard the Bells” and choose “Search.”
• Choose the We Heard the Bells product.

You may “Log In” if you have already registered with the Medicare Learning Network (MLN).  If you are new to the MLN, you will need to register to order the DVD. 

How to Register if you are Not a Health Care Provider

• If registering and you are not a health care provider, you may choose “Other.”
  • When the “Other Health Care Provider” window pops up, you can enter “None.”
• If you are not associated with a health care facility, you may choose “Other.” 
  • When the “Other Health Care Facility” window pops up, type in “None.”
• If you are not affiliated with any of the associations or organizations listed, you may select “None” for the “Association/Organization” category
• If you do not require Continuing Education credits, you may select “None” for the “CE Credits” category. 
  • When the “Other CE credit” window pops up, you may enter “None.”

After You Have Registered 

• Once registration is complete, choose the “Request a Product” tab.
• In the “Keywords” section, type “W e Heard the Bells” and click “Search.”
• Click on “We Heard the Bells (ICN#006719) (Jan 2010) (DVD)”
• Click on “Add to My Cart.”
• Update the quantity as necessary and update the cart.
• Choose “Check Out”
• Check information provided and choose “Complete Order.”
• Print receipt with confirmation number.
